Samal Island

Basically a throwback post.

So on our 2nd day, we planned to have our own bonding moments. We don't follow the itinerary and because I like to go to the beach we went to Samal Island. We took a boat ride first but it is only 15 minutes until we get to the Paradise Island (part of Samal). But going to the boat stations we rode a taxi and ask the driver where and how we can go to Samal Island. And there it is. The breathtaking view of the Paradise Island.

We also got our welcome drinks, I chose the Coconut one, and my mother and sister chose the same too.

So after me and my sister changed for our swimming attire, our mother changed her outfit next. Then our orders of Calamares and Fried Kang Kong came. This is really my favorite, especially when we are at Tagaytay. It tastes delicious. Must taste! We don't order heavy meals because before we separate from the group we had our buffet lunch already.

The sea breeze plus the cool water is really refreshing, plus the people in the Island and the crews were also accommodating that is why we will surely come back. Technically, this is our first very far out of town. So I am very happy because this is a one of a kind experience. Last summer when I went to Boracay I am slim, but now I really really gained weight. But I will definitely work on my body back. Plus, I am really found of eating right now. Peace !
